I have worked in the Business Process Industry for almost 10 years. Answering phone calls from Clients/ customers seeking assistance regarding the campaign I am handling. I am used to dealing with different types of people. And for 5 years I was part of the business to business campaign which happens to be Upgrade to see actual info which we assist participants that have to be placed in the proper conference call they would like to be joined to.
An experienced General Virtual Assistant for e-commerce niche have a keyword research skill, e-commerce experience, Amazon Product Research, Supplier Sourcing, Purchase Order and product listing knowledge.
