In my role, I am responsible for delivering centralized human resource services that encompass payroll, benefits, and various transactions. I ensure the efficiency of service center operations, technology, and transaction processes. Additionally, I establish standards and procedures for addressing employee inquiries, managing transactions, and administering human resource programs. My role also involves the delivery of data analysis from diverse sources, with a strong emphasis on providing actionable insights. I also coordinate services with human resource information systems, human resource program managers, and technology specialists.
Experience: 1 - 2 years
Prepare relevant HR metrics to measure, track, analyze and report. Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly pre-established on-going reports and dashboards in line with HR’s needs and future objectives. Delivery of data analysis from a variety of sources with a strong emphasis on providing actionable insights. Responsible for ensuring that data is accurate and presented in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner to key stakeholders. Document and conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure compliance procedures are followed. Work on audits to promote data integrity. Assist with the year-round operations for talent and rewards, including the companywide year-end talent/compensation process. Assist with the rewards and recognition program. Work on the performance calibration review. Assist with goal setting process. Prepare benefits billing and complete benefits audits. Perform other benefits support tasks. Produce work following set quality standards to achieve satisfactory quality and consistency. Continuously drive operational excellence.
