Profile Description
•Provide critical network operations support to diagnose and respond to large networking events. Ensure that issues are resolved successfully. Identify root causes of failure as appropriate
•Troubleshoot network infrastructure to include, but not limited to: routers, switches, firewalls, access points, ASA’s, VPN’S, load balancers, physical and virtual Windows servers, physical and virtual Unix servers, desktops, laptops, printers/scanners.
•Assess firewall rules(CISCO ASA/PALO ALTO) for compliance with corporate standards and identify required remediation tasks. Review ACLs and configure/modify it for business relevance. Perform network traffic discovery by analyzing packet capture and Cisco data.
