• Responsible for the effective day to day running of the office as well as supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.

• Prepare accounts payables and records accounts receivable. Do Collections
• Oversee Accounts receivables and issues invoices to clients to collect the outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with CFO regarding related issues with the auditor, payroll and bank representative
• Prepare
cash position and by month end expenses and report
• Prepare expense report of expat.
• Process AEP of expats, working visa, board and lodging.
• Prepare sales invoices, cash disbursement and marketing expense.
• Prepare cash receipts and sales book summary every month.
• Record sales and cost of goods in salesforce system
• Record payables, receivables, sales and cost of goods in Xero Accounting system
• Prepare supplier and clients accreditation
• Prepare monthly BIR payment such as compensation, expanded & vat return.
• Filling of monthly government remittances such as SSS, PAG-IBIG, & PHILHEALTH.
• Process registrations and renewal of business permits.
• Coordinate and prepare documents for end year Audit of Financial Statement report to the external auditor.
• Coordinate to other countries (SEA) , holidays, event and etc.
