I'm also proficient in Canva, where I create designs inspired by scrapbooking and personal experiences, and I’ve used these skills to produce engaging content like Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
In addition, I have a strong background in customer care, particularly in the online gaming and casino industry, where I developed empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills. I’ve also moderated and managed communication channels in gaming communities.
My experience also includes social media marketing, where I’ve helped with content reposting, lead generation, and client outreach. I’m always eager to learn new skills, and I’m currently upskilling through online courses to further expand my expertise.
