I have experience with outbound and inbound calls and I can handle both, even non-voice Upgrade to see actual info every task that I am given, I always make sure that I give my best shot because I don't want to break my client's trust. Here are some brief overview of my job experiences:
- I've been a collections agent for Chase Bank for 2 years. We're processing payment for credit cards and checking accounts. I worked as an insurance agent.
- We offer health and life insurance and almost all of the major medical insurances.

- I also was a Microsoft Partner Network customer support representative that dealt with business owners.
-I was an Appointment Setter/Sales Agent / Lead Gen with Bytes Success. We offer home delivery of medications instead of going outside to pick their medicines. We pre qualify leads and their insurance and transfer to a pharmacy representative.
