Profile Description

 I've worked for 4 different BPO companies for over 12 years and have developed experience and knowledge of server management (Windows & Linux), networking, helpdesk support and information security. This knowledge has enabled me to operate on Windows and Linux platforms and master multiple security principles. I started my career as an IT specialist with NorthernWorx BPO in 2012, then IT Specialist in LaVache Bleue. I monitored the overall VOIP system (VUpgrade to see actual info) and managed the dialling for these companies while also doing Windows Administration, Helpdesk and other IT tasks. Around 2014, I transferred to Fusion BPO where I was the IT Supervisor for Helpdesk. I managed around 14 people at that time for two centers and also doing Server Administration (VUpgrade to see actual info and Freebx) and doing technical escalations. My last work was System Administrator with Eli Global Philippines, where I have been able to further strengthen my technical acumen. I am managing the whole network and server administration of Windows, VOIP Server (VUpgrade to see actual info and Freepbx), Endpoint Server(Kaspersky).
