Profile Description

I've worked as a Registrar's Office clerk for the past 10 years. My job is composed mainly of encoding, filing documents and keeping records of students. From time to time I also entertain clients like parents and teachers and assist them on their needs especially with regards to scholastic records.
Although this is my first time
to apply as a Virtual Assistant, I am very much willing to work with a team, receive instructions and learn a lot of things about this job.

I am a Licensed Professional Teacher here in the Philippines. I was able to handle Social Studies Subjects in Junior High School for 2 years in a private school. I also had chance to tutor preschool and elementary students during my employment in the said private school. I have worked for 13 years over all in a private school setting so I've met and be with children from preschool to college.

For 13 years as a Library Clerk, Registrar's Office Clerk, College Registrar and faculty, client/customer interaaction was a part of my everyday life. May it be a conflict resolution, giving a simple and clear instruction, task elaboration and a mere answer to a simple or complex question is almost food for me. My career grew with customer service alongside. May it be a face to face interaction or online, customer service is the skill that I excelled with.
