I've been working in a BPO company for almost 11 years as a Customer/Sales Service Representative for 8 years and a Product/Technical Support Representative for 2 years. I have been dealing with different types of customers that need help with their issues. I processed orders, processed returns or exchanges, tracked orders, and gave info on the status of the order. I pacify irate customers and I build rapport to make the issue resolved efficiently to make the customer at ease. I also know how to use Microsoft Office programs. I want a long-term, stable job where I can help you with your business. I worked in a private company as an Indoor Sales Executive for 4 months. I do research marketing for prospective companies, answer emails, and call clients all over the world. I do provide prices/quotes for the items available from our company. I do provide info on what our clients need and provide what's best for our customers. I also do back office/admin work processing credit back to our customers as a means of compensation and if we gave any promotions that price needs to be adjusted. I was working as a virtual telemarketer overseas in the US I believe that my experience as a Customer Serv Rep is a great help for me to do outbound calls. I worked as a Virtual Assistant for 6months. My task was to check if the order was processed, processing returns and Upgrade to see actual infoecking the order status of the customer's order. I do also social media tasks. I do send and receive emails for customers and do respond to customers' queries professionally.
