- Solve problem quickly. Proactively addresses issues, offering alternatives or compromises when necessary.
- Responsiveness. Promptly addresses customer inquiries, providing timely updates.
- Adaptability. Handles diverse customer interactions with flexibility
- Accountability. Takes ownership of resolving issues, following up when necessary.
- Continuous Learning. Stays updated on products/services, processes and customer preferences.
What I accomplish on my previous job?
Customer Service Representative is my first job when I stop my College. 2months of training after I applied they sent us on production, after a month I became a Top representative of the entire company so as a first time of having this kind of job that was my biggest Achievement.

I was trained for technical support and I totally fix customers issue about their phone and their phone service
