My name is Nhegel Semillano,
and I worked previously at Teleperformance Bacolod serving as a Customer service representative. I'm writing to apply for the open emailing management
position with your company. My two years of experience, being a customer service representative lead me to believe that I'd be a great fit for this role.
I've spent the last two years as a customer service representative with my previous employer. As the salary cannot handle my current expenses I have a growing family, I'm without a job and would like to put my technology proficiency, communication, and task management skills to use once again.
Before working with Teleperformance Bacolod, I earned my associate degree in Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management. There, I earned invaluable administrative skills, such as data entry, typing skills, organization, task management, and detail orientation, that have allowed me to succeed. I can type 50 words per minute, I am fluent in English.
I truly believe that my documented ability to run an efficient and streamlined administration at my previous job, in addition to my vast experience and education, makes me an ideal fit for this emailing management
position. I would love the opportunity to use my skills at your workplace.
