Profile Description

I have 3 years experience as VA and few of my tasks and responsibilities are, but not limited to Product research, Product listing, Social Media Marketing, email and chat support, dealing with customers complaints, moderating social media accounts, managing Facebook ads, order fulfillment, communicating and negotiating with suppliers, handling payment disputes (Stripe and Paypal), refunds, data entry, PPC optimization, and setting up Manychat bot.
I'm familiar with several Ecommerce flatforms such as Shopify, AliExpress, Alibaba, Oberlo, Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, Sellerboard, Manychat and more. I've also used some customer support applications like Freshdesk, Zendesk, Slack, Trello, Excel, Google Spreadsheet, and some email platforms .
I have a total of 5 years working in BPO industry as Customer Support Specialist . We communicate with customers from U.S and Australia through phone so my English writing and speaking skills are fluent.
I am motivated,  posses strong work ethic and I always strive to be the best of what I do. You can be assured that I can work in a very minimal to no supervision.
