I provide real-time support to customers via live chat, addressing inquiries related to products, orders, shipping, returns, and payment issues. I resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive shopping experience and high customer satisfaction. andle refund, exchange, and cancellation requests according to store policies, and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary. I monitor incoming chat queues, respond promptly, and manage multiple conversations simultaneously with accuracy. I will update and maintain customer records, order details, and interactions in the CRM or Shopify backend.

I Use tools like Excel, Amazon’s proprietary CMS, and database interfaces to handle bulk uploads and data corrections. and Most importantly I need to Maintain detailed and organized records while navigating through order tracking, shipment status, and fulfillment data. All of the product that purchased of the customer are correct. For example the quantity of the products and the date purchase and then we keep system update if anything need to change.

Assist clients remotely with inquiries related to personal insurance policies, including auto, home, renters, and umbrella coverage. The Client will provide the information from the Customer through email or in our CRM (Applied Epic and Ezlynx as Rater). I gather all of the information provided from my Client so that I will start quoting for personal lines to Carriers site. Make sure that the information are correct. I will save it the document page or file as PDF then I will send it to my client once im done.
