Appointment Setter | Hotel Reservations Specialist

I answer customer's queries. As a travel agent, I am processing customer's request for their hotel reservations like modification, cancellation, etc. I was promoted as we to tier 2 agent as a senior's specialist where in I handle supervisory calls, refunds, etc.

We're doing outbound calls in a tax company firm. We're offering our service (programs) that will help taxpayers to reduce their tax liens. I am setting appointment between our client and our prospect.
