Profile Description

• Responsible for making accounts for newly hired employees, publishing project and shift schedules, processing their personal information, and entering it into the cluster file.
• Responsible for account deletion and updating the cluster for departing employees.
• Employee account adjustment and cluster file editing when transferred to another project or promoted to a higher position.
• Engaging with employees' advice on their absence and immediately sending emails to supervisors/managers with the information and suggestions for any changes to shift plans.
• Handling offensive content created by players in games, such as harassment, unwelcome sexual advances, hate speech, needless violence, etc., and reporting it to the authorities.
