Manage a team and conducts HR orientation for every new hire and make sure they are all equipped with the right code of conduct, information security guidelines, core values, and how to satisfy clients and build strong relationships. Responsible for customer service and related admin tasks for the CEO’s manpower Agency. I take care of the initial interviews for the owner’s applicants and basically hand them over to him if they pass the initial screening. I also did customer service on his behalf for inquiries from other business partners including cold calling and appointment setting for various clients with products to be sold online or warm leads.
