I. VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
As a virtual assistant in a telecommunications company, I provided comprehensive administrative support to Senior Managers, Onshore Partners & the executives within the organization, ensuring day to day seamless operation. My responsibilities are managing calendars, scheduling appointments, initiating deep dive analysis discussion. I utilize these tasks through various productivity tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Webex or Microsoft Teams. 
In addition to these tasks, I assist my managers in coherent communication by managing emails, chat & phone calls promptly. The skills I gained from my previous experience in the BPO industry paved way to my proficiency in handling several correspondence to help the organization achieve clear collaboration across all teams involved. 
Additional administrative tasks were assigned to me when necessary. Such tasks play a critical role in Upgrade to see actual infoet competition, managing the right pricing to their existing products, provide research & data analysis. I collaborate with the appropriate teams to ensure deadlines were met. 
Overall, the tasks assigned to me require attention to detail, strong foundation in communication skills, multitasking while doing everything remotely. Commitment to the role is the key to excellence & to help the company achieve success.
II. SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
I worked with several brands since 2015 to campaign for their products. These brands include restaurants, essential oils, insurance advisors & clothing brands. The tasks include managing their social media accounts via Facebook, Instagram, X (Formerly Twitter) & Tiktok. The experience I gained from being an email management expert helped me in managing the tasks of a Social Media Manager. 
Aside from email management, I create content & infographics & manage calendar on scheduled posts of these brands. I included the links of the brands I used to manage before. 
III. EMAIL MANAGEMENT & CUSTOMER CARE
As an email management expert, my tasks involve email management, collaborate with several departments through phone call and chat as well as managing my calendar with appointments. This online auction company in Australia requires interactive customer contact & prompt responses to ensure positive customer feedback. 
In addition to handling these tasks, I collaborate with suppliers, technicians & several partners outside the company to provide efficient communication & resolution. 
EDUCATION & PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE: 
I am currently finishing my 2nd college degree in Political Science as preparatory to Law School. While studying, I also manage several licensed financial consultants for a life insurance company. I also train them and continuously sharing my knowledge in helping clients with their insurance and investment needs. I can definitely use my skills to help you with your customers' needs. My extensive decade-long experience in Business Process Outsourcing can certainly help you in your business. 
I also worked in several business process outsourcing company where I developed my oral communication skills. I took calls for a number of years and became a proof reader to an American financial company. The work requires extensive training in the said business and precision which I excelled. I also worked with another business process outsourcing company where I dealt with customers via email and phone calls. Furthermore, both my oral and written communications skills are first-rate. 
I also had years of experience in managing a team in the BPO industry where I handled 5-6 Team Leads & oversee approximately 80 employees. This experience pave way to my skills in managing the operations, business analysis & collaborate with several partners.
