Profile Description

I have been a customer support agent for quite some time for one of the fastest growing companies in the US today. I have been a manager for 3 different online stores at the same time. Handling everything from CS queries to product search and product fulfillment. I am also an expert real estate agent with experience in handling US based rental properties. Also, I am skilled at Excel, word, and other tools needed to complete the workload from the experiences i have above. (Zendesk, Recurly, Salesforce and etc)
I can grasp new techniques easily, flexible in terms of problem solving and positive scripting when dealing with customers. Trainable, willing to work and cooperate with a team, and able to work without supervision.
Searching for a long-term job with a great company that would benefit both the company and myself.
