Profile Description

I have been working for more than 7 years as Virtual Customer Support in a Forex Company.  I was exposed to working with different Teams, like General Support, Cancellation and Refund, Chargeback, Paylution ( deals with commission issues), and currently part of the Trust and Safety and VIP Team.  We catered to Phone, Chat, and Email Support. Presently, we've been providing our best Customer support via email and chat only.

Before VA, I worked in the BPO Industry for more than 8 years and have been handling different types of Accounts. I became a Consultant for Outbound Calls, Technical, Billing, and Sales Accounts. I was also a Team Manager for 4 years and was involved in different training and workshops to enhance my Managerial Skills, Customer Service experience, and Client Interaction. I also had International working experience where I became a Sales Specialist in Taiwan for 3 years.

My leadership skills and ability to develop good working relationships with my Team and co-workers helped me achieve the awards and recognition I had for the past years. I was a Sutherland Platinum Awardee for People in February 2013, got Platinum Award for Leadership in October 2014, and another Platinum Award for Leadership in October 2015.

My goal is to ensure Client satisfaction, deliver high-quality service on time required, and do all things with integrity.
