j.) Provide support in troubleshooting solar products by using general knowledge, product schematics, data stored in knowledge-base, and other sources of information available
k.) Provide input to update knowledge database used by other technical support representative
l.) Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build rapport and establish/keep working relationships with customers, peers and managers
m.) Ability to communicate effectively in English using proper grammar
n.) General understanding of Microsoft Office products and the ability to adapt to other computer systems quickly and utilize them efficiently while on the phone with a caller.

a) Supervise proper implementation of housekeeping, plant safety, environmental compliance & control and energy conservation measures at the plant at all times. b) Supervise the activities of Operation and Maintenance Engineer are in accordance with the department procedures, standards and work method statement. c) Supervise unit start-up, shutdown, synchronization and plant performance test. d) Joins the regular walk down and inspection for the whole plant with the Shift Superintendent, verify issues or abnormalities encountered during the shift and report to Shift Superintendent. e) Supervise the Operation & Maintenance Engineer in performing minor repairs and maintenance. f) Ensure that plant and electrical & control room housekeeping standards are maintained. g) Ensure that Shift Turnover Report, Daily Plant Status Report, Equipment Abnormality Report and other related operational reports or document has been prepared. h) Ensure that Monitoring of consumption and inventory of plant consumables is updated. i) Conducts training to probationary personnel. j) Check proper tagging of Lock Out/Tag Out and issuance of Work Permits. k) Check and Compile Reports submitted by the Operation / Maintenance Engineer. l) Troubleshoots plant issues and give necessary recommendations to prevent recurrence.
