I worked as a medical insurance verification processor, medical coder, nurse, front desk representative, call center agent, social media marketing representative. As medical insurance processor, I worked in Multistate eye centers in Massachusetts where in the tasks and role is to verify benefits and eligibility of different US health insurances of patients specifically vision benefits. As a nurse and medical coder, I worked at one of Joint Commission International (JCI) accredited hospital company here in Phils. As a front desk representative, I was assigned at Health Information Area of Medical Records where various in-patients and insurances can officially request their medical documents (such as medical history, medical certificate, operative reports, diagnostic and laboratory results) via walk-in, thru call and email. As a medical coder, I was assigned at Patient Service Analysis and International Classification for Diseases (ICD) 9 and 10 Medical Coding Unit which focuses on the data gathering for insurances, reportables and censuses of the hospital such as demographics of patient's information, medical information and statistics (such as morbidity and mortality data). I have also an experienced in Philippines and USA EHR/EMR (Electronic medical records) program. I have also worked as a call center representative in a post paid long distance communication company and was assigned in a US based account which enables me to experience telemarketing and customer service support. I am also an admin of local online shoe store which enables me to enhance my skills in social media marketing. I am a goal oriented and flexible.
