Hi, my name is Claire Anne Bagcal, and I am a licensed pharmacist in here in the Philippines and a medical biller with 2 years of experience. I primarily assisted healthcare providers with revenue cycle challenges under Physical Therapy and Dermatology practice.
My task primarily is to ensure that claims are submitted on time and that chronic errors were addressed to avoid claim denials. I manage and resolve claim denials, outstanding A/R and call insurances when necessary to determine
the reason for the denial an provide solution.
Hence, I work mostly on claims submission and charge entries, claim rejections and denials, research and follow-up on unpaid claims to insurance companies, review remits and EOBs and I perform posting charges.
I am knowledgeable on different EMRs such ECW and SIMPLE PRACTICE. I worked with different payers so I am familiar with different payer portals such as: Availity, United Health Care, Navinet, Medicare and Medicaid.
