Hi, my name is Rocky Roanne Gumihid, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering. I am a hardworking, and a reliable individual who will do beyond what is expected of me to submit all the necessary requirements to finish a task.
I have experience as an administrative VA which was a combination of administrative and voice tasks. where I learned about Calendar and Email Management (Scheduling meetings, Responding to and organizing Emails), Property Management (Utilities and maintenance), CRM (tracking and updating data, responding to clients, and creating service issue tickets), Calling Tenants and  Vendors (Checking the status property utilities updates -To request termination or connection to their services), Familiarizing Google Suite such as Gmail ,docs ,sheets ,meet and Microsoft outlook and teams(to respond to emails, conduct meetings, and update data), I've also made use of Canva to create basic graphic designs such as posters and logos for the company where I trained. My previous job was as a ESL Teacher under BCM Manila where I honed my communication, Interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. We made use of Microssip as our means of communication for calls, LMS as their feedback forms , Chat Gpt to correct their grammars, and google search engine itself to help with widening the students knowledge in terms of vocabulary and its meanings. All of which I believe are directly transferable to a Virtual Assistant role, where I can effectively communicate with clients, create informative reports, and manage various tasks efficiently. I am aiming to work fulltime to learn and grow with this company long term. I believe I am a good  fit for this role and would be able to prove it if you give me The chance. Thank You.
