Profile Description

I prefer a long term job.

I have been working in a BPO for almost 9 years and I have decided to work from home.
I have been handling customers from different countries (US, Au, Nz) as a sales representative and/or a customer service representative. I am used to creating emails and/or answering phone calls both inbound and outbound.

I handled teams in the previous BPO companies that I have worked with and have an experience with quality monitoring . I have an experience in managing teams, working with KPIs  and used to working under pressure.
