Profile Description

I have been in the BPO industry for 5 years and worked from home for more than 5 years now. Managed 3 Shopify stores with daily gross sales of $3,000 to $5,000. Processed orders via Oberlo and CSV (bulk order). Trained agents on how to handle tickets (via Zendesk), how to do niche searching and finding winning products as well as uploading them to the site. I also do facebook advertising and still exploring all features for best results.
I always believe that it is not too late to learn things and I have invested in myself by enrolling in many online courses to increase my worth. I have experience in videoscribe, photoshop, landing page creation, wordpress development, email marketing and Camstasia to name a few.
I have a 5 Mbps wired connection, core i-5 computer, 6 GB ram, a working microphone, headset, and a quiet working environment. I am a fast learner, hardworking and a very passionate person. I am looking for a long term job where I can showcase my skills to bring more success in your business.
