I have worked for a year from September 2021 – September 2022 as a Real Estate Cold Caller. Buying properties, leads, report generation, and mastering the art of communication and transactions.

I have gained valuable experience through On-the-Job Training and as a Student
Assistant at one Chief Administrative Office and HR Office at two distinct
establishments: the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA) and President
Ramon Magsaysay State University (PRMSU). During this time, I developed
proficiency in paper management, filing, and record organization, which I
believe provides a strong foundation for a career in the HR field.
Mastery of Communication:
I have developed strong communication skills by effectively engaging with
individuals and understanding their perspectives attending to it.
Technologically adept:
I possess foundational skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, which I
believe provide a solid starting point. However, I am eager to expand and
enhance my proficiency in these tools as I continue to grow and develop in my
role.

I demonstrate effective leadership by confidently taking initiative and guiding
myself and others when the situation demands it.
Achievements:
Certified Human Resource Associate: I have recently achieved certification as a
Human Resource Associate through the Human Resource Educators Association of
the Philippines (HREAP). From here, I wish to showcase my administrative and
problem-solving skills, leveraging them to contribute effectively to
