Hi there! I’m Nancy Malinao.

I’ve spent the last 15 years mastering the art of customer service. I started my journey in the BPO world back in 2011, handling everything from eBay Australia inquiries to complex medical policy quoting for Anthem Blue Cross. My background as a Nursing student really helped me excel in healthcare accounts like Optimum RX and Medicare.
Since 2016, I’ve embraced the work-from-home lifestyle. I’ve done a bit of everything: B2B cold calling for UK merchant services, medical billing at Omega Healthcare, and even VA work for a California-based kayaking resort! Most recently, I’ve been working as a food order taker, but I’m now looking forward to work again for a full time WFH set-up to align with my career goals, specifically focusing on remote opportunities and increased professional growth.
