Profile Description

I develop and design websites using Wordpress or Bootstrap. I also know my way around Adobe softwares like Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, and Lightroom. On my spare time, I shoot photographs for events and also record videos and edit them.
For a year, I worked as a Technical Support Specialist for AT&T U-verse. I help clients solve problems that they encounter with the internet, digital TV, or VOIP phone services that our company provides. Aside from the technical aspect of the job, I was also trained on how to engage customers properly, providing them with excellent customer service.
Recently, I have worked on a project funded by the Philippine Government wherein we would map the country using LiDAR technology. Here, I learned how to use softwares like ArcGIS (Geographical Information System) and eCognition (used for classifying data into different classes).
I find faster ways to complete tasks without compromising the output. I can also work with minimal supervision.
I want a long-term job where I can broaden my skills and help the business most importantly.
