Hi! My name is Upgrade to see actual info; previously I worked in the call center industry as a phone customer support Upgrade to see actual info my 5 years in the phone service industry, I’ve handled different support types which include Customer Support, Technical Support, and Inbound Sales. I’ve worked as a billing Customer support representative for an Anti-virus software and transitioned to technical support and Inbound Sales Support for an Operating System. After leaving the call center industry, I tried looking for online jobs as a Customer Support and as a Virtual Assistant. I started out as an e-mail and chat customer support for an online drop shipping store using Shopify. While doing customer support mostly tracking orders and processing refunds and replacements, I was also given some side works where I learned new skills like product research, product upload, description writing, social media management, and communicating with vendors for product replacements.
