Profile Description

I have a lot of experience when it comes to Customer Service, I've worked as a CSR for mobile and internet companies as well as airline companies. I gained my skills in records retrieval while working as an expediter for a retrievals company. I started working as a Virtual Assistant in 2015 for realtors in the U.S. calling and qualifying leads. I may not be an expert but I also have skills in Photo and Video editing.
I can work under minimal supervision and a fast learner. I am a problem solver and I am really looking for a job where I will be appreciated and where I can contribute using all the skills that I have.
