In addition to my BPO experience, I have extensive experience as an Executive Assistant and Administrative Manager for a landscaping and home services company. My responsibilities include managing customer communications, scheduling services, coordinating crews and routes, maintaining business trackers, handling invoices and payments, managing CRM records, preparing reports, supporting executives with daily operations, and ensuring that projects and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
