My 10 year working experience were assistance to heads/director/business owners which all included marketing, communications, management and IT. I have worked with Australian and American bosses in the field of Health and Fitness, a Logistics and Supply Chain School, beauty and aesthetics, Home Construction and Career Coaching as well as Oduqotakzx. Gh a Philippine setting, I was once an Executive Assistant to the CEO of a Real Estate company and Corporate Communications Officer in a local conglomerate.

As a personal/ executive assistant, I arrange the CEO/Director's schedules, daily activities, client meetings and appointments, even flights and other needs. I also do data entry and create documents, presentations, reports, minutes of the meeting and spreadsheets. As the right hand of the CEO, I’m the over-all manager of the remote team and Project Success Manager of the business.
I use Trello and/or Asana in managing the team’s projects and make sure we are all communicating via Slack and/or Zoom.

I have an impeccable eye for design and I always run an extra mile in everything that I do. I  have my creative side that is strengthened by my work ethics that I do not settle for less when I produce creative outputs and I always make sure that I use all resources available to be able to exceed client's expectations.  I design marketing collaterals, business materials, motion and still graphics for social media and websites. I also do basic audio and video editing.

Through the years, I have been able to do some basic Wordpress edits on my clients' websites/ blogs as well. In addition, one of my strengths is social media management.  I created and managed the social media accounts of my previous clients. I have also handled email marketing via Mailchimp and Infusionsoft.

I have also handled customer inquiries via Livechat and Zendesk.

I am very keen to details. I make sure everything is organized. I always go an extra mile in everything that I do. I always put forward innovative and unique ideas in producing quality outputs. Above all, I am willing to quickly learn new software or system depending on your company's needs.
