My 11 year working experience were assistance to heads/director/business owners which all included marketing, communications, people management and IT. I have worked with Australian and American bosses in the field of Health and Fitness, a Logistics and Supply Chain School, beauty and aesthetics, Home Construction and Career Coaching as well as Podcasting. In a Philippine setting, I was once an Executive Assistant to the CEO of a Real Estate company and Corporate Communications Officer in a local conglomerate.I have an impeccable eye for design and I always run an extra mile in everything that I do. I  have my creative side that is strengthened by my work ethics that I do not settle for less when I produce creative outputs and I always make sure that I use all resources available to be able to exceed client's expectations.  I design marketing collaterals, business materials, motion and still graphics for social media and websites. I also do basic audio and video editing.I take pride in my People, Talent & Culture Management skills. I lead a start-up Virtual Assistance team. I handled everything from starting from talent acquisition, onboarding/orientation, training, work supervision, policies implementation, up to team culture events, and talent development activities. In fact, even managing Client Journey is included in what I do. But my heart belongs more to meeting and matching talents to a perfectly suiting role for them and managing talents overall.I am very keen to details. I make sure everything is organized.
