I started working from home last 2016 and I started out as a Appointment Setter/Cold Caller. Then, moved back to Customer Service 2019 handled a Baby Gear Rental Company based in NYC. I am knowledgeable in using Zendesk, Gmail, Gsuite, Livechat, Big Commerce, Freshdesk, Tawk.to, and Microsoft Applications.
