Ingredient Sourcing - Identifying product, Identifying quality suppliers/vendors, Conducting research on market trends, pricing, and industry standards, Negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers/vendors, Preparing and distributing ‘Request for Quotes’ to potential suppliers, Analyzing the cost provided by suppliers, Working closely with sales representatives, Working closely with the Quality Assurance department, Reviewing and evaluating the performance of suppliers/vendors.

Organized and prepared workstations and materials needed for operations to maximize productivity. Processing orders from clients and input to our system (Infor M3, ComUnion) Creating a purchase order, a purchase requisition, and a quotation. Creating letters for items to update in our system: new item, phase out, price adjustment, promotion, pull-out, change factory, change description, change brand, change status, etc. Proved successful working within tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment. Managed time efficiently in order to complete all tasks within deadlines. Monitoring order, inventory and shipment documents. Customer service - answering concerns from clients. Receiving sample items then will forward to requestors

Supplier Relationships - Identifying potential suppliers/vendors, Evaluate supplier/vendor capabilities, Contract Negotiation and Development, Communication and Collaboration, Issue Resolution, Relationship building, Feedback and evaluation
