Profile Description

I am an employee of Oracle NetSuite since January 17, 2022, and currently under ERP. I am already trained in the following product areas/ skillsets: Supply Chain Management – Warehouse Distribution, Warehouse Management Systems, Light and Advanced Manufacturing and Order to Cash.
I am skilled at communicating effectively with customers and hence, I can also effectively collaborate with members of the team that are skilled in different areas as a requirement for the role. Being a Technical Support Engineer enhanced my communication skill – both oral and written. That being the case, I was able to express well the results and findings of my investigation and troubleshooting. I am also a keen observer, detail oriented and eager to solve customer concerns.
Furthermore, I am passionate about exploring new opportunities that will help me develop and expand my expertise on different product areas. I believe my experience, communication skills, and interpersonal abilities would make me fit for this role.
