Able to create different type of video such as, tutorials, ads, lifestyle, fun videos, travel videos, etc. Sourcing and/or creating and adding graphics, animations, special effects, etc. Create thumbnails, logo for Youtube videos. Knowledgeable on editing using Youtube studio and uploading videos on Youtube. Able to apply audios with no copyright.

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and clients. Able to resolve customer concerns in a respectful manner. Provide accurate information to customers on various requests for product, service and other information.

Create or organize systems to store different data types, such as financial information and customer shipping records. Able to use excel for organized data, reports and encoding data to system. Able to convert scanned document to docu word.
