Profile Description

I'm Armie — an e-commerce virtual assistant who's spent 5+ years keeping online stores and customer support desks running without the owner having to babysit them. I've managed Shopify catalogs, handled high-volume customer support across email and chat, resolved billing and account issues in fast-paced contact center environments, and kept inventory and reporting accurate enough that leadership could make decisions without double-checking my work.

What I bring isn't just task execution — it's follow-through. I don't let refund requests sit. I don't let listings go stale. I don't let a customer's frustrated email wait three days for a reply. If something's broken in your day-to-day operations, I find it, fix it, and build a system so it doesn't happen again.

I work with Shopify, Zendesk, Linnworks, and most major e-commerce and social platforms (Amazon, eBay, Temu, TikTok Shop, Instagram, and more), so onboarding me onto your existing stack is usually fast and low-friction.
