Expertise in Website administrator, social media management and marketing, facebook advertising, email marketing, blog posting, basic HTML and CSS website programming, online research, basic graphics design using Canva, administrative tasks. and real state virtual assistant.I've worked on a BPO Industry for a year as a TSE(Technical Support Expert) on NET GEAR Products. We cater callers from USA, Canada, Great Britain , Ireland , Australia and New Zealand. As a TSE we guide customers thru phone on installing , troubleshooting , and personalizing their Net gear Products. Sadly had to leave the job to continue my studies. Years later I graduatedBachelors Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I think i can share my knowledge and expertise in my past job by doing Time Management skills and dedication on the job that i will have here. I can rate my English speaking skills 8 out of 10. I'm also knowledgeable in MS Word, MS PowerPoint , Emails , Social Media , and a little bit Photoshop skills.I also worked in a Texas based real state company for a year as a virtual assistant. I can adapt to any changes in my work environment. I am trainable and I am very eager to learn new skills and challenges and share it to others. Because I believe all people can be trained if they are dedicated and compassionate in that field and lastly for me learning is an endless process.
