Profile Description

I am a results-driven Shopify E-commerce Operations and Supply Chain Specialist with extensive hands-on experience managing end-to-end backend operations for multiple international e-commerce stores. Shopify Backend Operations

I work daily inside the Shopify Admin managing orders, inventory, pricing, variants, discounts, automations, and app integrations. I’m highly comfortable troubleshooting backend issues, optimizing workflows, and ensuring store data remains clean and accurate.
Supply Chain & Dropshipping Operations

I manage the full order-to-delivery lifecycle, including supplier communication, shipment tracking, “Info Received” orders, out-of-stock handling, replacements, refunds, and returns. I proactively identify issues before they reach customers and focus on cost-effective, company-first solutions.
Order Fulfillment & Quality Control

I oversee fulfillment pipelines using platforms such as DSers, AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping, and 3PL systems, ensuring SLA compliance, packing accuracy, and timely dispatch. I maintain detailed tracking systems in Google Sheets / Excel to ensure no order issue goes unnoticed.
Customer Support Oversight & Resolution

With a background as a Shopify Support and Financial Advisor and Senior Resolution Specialist, I bring a strong understanding of customer communication, dispute handling, refunds, chargebacks, and revenue protection. I ensure support teams follow SOPs, use correct tone, and avoid unnecessary financial losses.
Process Improvement & SOP Creation

I enjoy cleaning up messy systems and building clear SOPs for fulfillment, refunds, returns, escalation paths, and internal reporting. I focus on creating workflows that are easy to follow, scalable, and reduce human error.
