Profile Description

I am a licensed engineer and studied master's in engineering in one of the top universities in the Philippines - a guarantee that I am smart. Smart enough to handle a variety of things, and able to help you with creating solutions and solving problems. I am not afraid to ask questions, very eager to learn, and extremely coach-able. I am confident enough to guarantee that I would be able to handle anything and everything you need to get things done.

I have almost 8 years of project management and administrative job experience working in a traditional office setting, and I have been working remotely as a virtual assistant/executive assistant/operations manager for also close to 4 years.

I am extremely well versed with using spreadsheets, as I am excellent in handling numbers and equations. I am organized and systematic, so it is always easy to follow what I do. I can be the most thorough person on tasks you need attention to details to. And I also have excellent English communication skills, oral or written.

Recent experience include:
1. Digital Marketing Associate- Funnel creation via ClickFunnels- Facebook Chat Bot creator/manager via ManyChat- Zapier integration of ChatBot to googlesheets- Knows the basics of Facebook ads creation and management- Has handled Facebook group management
2. Operations Manager - Amazon E-commerce Business- Well versed with the Amazon Seller Central Platform, Restock Pro, and Inventory Lab- Created a system for keeping all the numbers in check from inventory, reorders, pending orders, so that the company was never out of stock of anything that was making them money- Managed and evaluated SOPs and how calculation of profit margins was done from Amazon fees, shipping fees, and other expenses, in order for the company to have a good representation of their actual numbers in terms of profits- Managed all reorders, from creating POs, to communicating with the suppliers, to helping manage the warehouse about what should be prepped first and what should go out first etc.- Has experience handling Amazon shipping issues/cases and making sure we get reimbursed on any item tagged as lost by Amazon during the shipping of inventory- Has experience handling customer complaints on the Amazon platform

Wholesale Product Sourcing Specialist - Amazon E-commerce Business- Well versed with BSRs, Sales history, Buy Box, FBA and Merchant Fulfilled criteria during sourcing- Able to sort out what Small and Light items are and evaluate them differently- Managed initial test orders so new items can be added to the company’s inventory
4. Private Label Product Sourcing Specialist - Amazon E-commerce Business- Able to classify what the difference between a wholesale item vs a private label item on Amazon- Sourced and brainstormed various ideas for items best to be taken on as a private label product
