Highly proficient in Upgrade to see actual info, Quickbooks, MYOB, XERO, Buildium, SAGE Accpac, AppFolio, Shopify, Amazon, Fishbowl and Buildium.
I am also expert in using Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Powerpoint - and Google Sheets, and cloud-based and RDPs such as Citrix, Google Drive, Dropbox and Amazon Workspaces. Areas of expertise also include process improvement, Bank Reconciliation, monthly preparation and auditing of Financial Statements, payroll, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, written & verbal communications and organization.
I am passionate with what I do and I always look for ways to improve myself everyday. As two of my highlights in my career, I was able to implement changes to the A/P process, together with the IT Manager's assistance, reducing the processing time to 30% and significantly increase the productivity of the A/P team and migrate/cleanup old QB file to new QB file. I also managed to start up the Accounting process of a Property Management business that was starting up back then. Got promoted as a Team Leader.
