For the past few years, I have been working as a Virtual Assistant supporting business owners and teams the day-to-day operations that keep everything running behind the scenes. I genuinely enjoy helping busy professionals get organized, stay on top of their tasks, and free up their time to focus on what matters most.

My experience spans a wide range of industries and business types. I have supported insurance agencies using NowCerts and EzLynx, helped Amazon sellers manage their listings through Seller Central, and assisted teams with client onboarding, inbox management, calendar coordination, and data entry. I am also comfortable creating landing pages, lead magnets, and email campaigns using Mailchimp.

I work confidently with tools like Slack, Trello, Asana, ---------- , GSuite, Zoom, Calendly, and Outlook. I pick up new systems quickly and I am not the type to wait to be told what to do. I pay attention, I ask the right questions and I figure things out.

Before freelancing, I worked in customer service and technical support, which game me a strong foundation in communication, problem solving, and staying calm under pressure. Those years taught me how to really listen to people and get things done right the first time.
