I am a self-motivated Virtual Assistant with successful experience of four years. I have a strong background in Customer Services (Answering Customer Inquiries (phone, email, chat, SMS, Processing Replacements, Exchanges, and Refunds); Order Fulfillment (Processing orders from different vendors, Updating tracking information, Contacting Vendors and Couriers); Product Researches and Listings (listing products manually and using flat-file, Image and Logo Editing using Adobe Photoshop); Dropshipping and Amazon Seller Central Management (checking and resolving A-Z claims, maintaining Account Health and contacting Amazon Support for any issues).
