Profile Description

I’ve been working for the past 3 years as a Customer Service Representative and Telemarketer. During that time I’ve been trained and certified on a number of different platforms on how to provide good customer service and exceeding their expectation. I'm confident that I can do good, and become better by learning new things. I believe that I have what it takes to perform at the level where I can exceed my expectation in terms of work ethic and passion. Now I’m looking to take my career as an employee for a company where I can be a part of a team, but also allows me to focus my energy on my best strength, working directly with customers. I’d like to build a career that lets me focus on professional growth.
