Almost 6 years of experience in Customer Service and Sales all over USA.

I 've worked as a Virtual assistant for an e-commerce store. I communicate directly to the customer and supplier.
I also handled an e-commerce store for personalized gifts inside Upwork on Quarter 4 of the year (October, November, December) which is considered the busiest time. I answer email concerns regarding order status, cancelation, replacement, refund, and other things about the product itself. This also includes Social Media Management such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

My most recent experience is being a Store Manager for a Sleepwear Shop that caters customer globally. Handling emails and social media accounts.
