I previously worked for two years for an American-owned corporation named AIB (Advocate Insurance Billing).
I started working for them Starting from April 1st, 2019 to April 19th, 2021.
My former company is an outsource firm that receives claims/billings from clinics and enters them into a particular website/portal Office Ally is our clearinghouse and also we use ForwardHealth to bill for Medicaid Insurance patients. As a Medical Biller or Billing Specialist, I handled three ABA clinics from Wisconsin USA. These are Milestones Behavioral Pediatrics, TRIO Academy and Dreamship Center. 
1. Weekly Billing 
2. Weekly Mail Logs Entry 
3. Weekly Rebills 
4. New Patient Set Up (if there's  a new patient needs to enroll)Apart from that, 
These are also my responsibilities.
* Billing Issues to Handle - Submits claims with proper codes and format to insurance companies.
* Reviews, analyzes, adjusts and releases medical bills upon return from Data Capture.
* Redeems claim submission from insurance company every month.
* Prepares rejected claims for resubmission.
* Meets the resubmission productivity targets within the stipulated time for all insurance companies.
* Rebill Management - Reviews and analyze declined services after reconciliation to the system and apply the appropriate justification for resubmission.
* Mail Log Compilation
* Prior Authorization Management
* Reconciling
* Inactive Patient Management
* Coordinates the rejected claims with the respected coder to justify the claims in deeper details.

Since I have been their Medical biller or shall I say Claims Specialist. I am familiar with some Insurance Billing Portals. I Bill for their patient's Medicaid and Commercial Insurance. The main portal that I am working with is Practice Mate through Office Ally.  And also I bill Medicaid in ForwardHealth. I am familiar with ICD-10, CPT coding,  ERA's and EOB's since that's what I have been handling for the past two years.
