My former company is an outsource firm that receives claims/billings from clinics and enters them into a particular website/portal Office Ally is our clearinghouse and also we use ForwardHealth to bill for Medicaid Insurance patients. * Meets the resubmission productivity targets within the stipulated time for all insurance companies.
* Rebill Management - Reviews and analyze declined services after reconciliation to the system and apply the appropriate justification for resubmission.

* Coordinates the rejected claims with the respected coder to justify the claims in deeper details.
Since I have been their Medical biller or shall I say Claims Specialist. I am familiar with some Insurance Billing Portals. I Bill for their patient's Medicaid and Commercial Insurance. The main portal that I am working with is Practice Mate through Office Ally. And also I bill Medicaid in ForwardHealth. I am familiar with ICD-10, CPT coding, ERA's and EOB's since that's what I have been handling for the past two years.
