I always use SAP ERP to ensure that all shipments I endorse for billing are marked as completed in SAP. I also use it to run daily files for monitoring Proof of Delivery from daily dispatches, and to find shipments that have not been paid

I have a calm voice, and I ensure that the person I am speaking with clearly understands what I am saying. I effectively convey any instructions or guidelines I want to give

In my reports, I use Power BI to present the scores, hits and misses of vendors, and to share the unremitted shipments of vendors

I use SharePoint daily to validate invoices uploaded by vendors and to upload transmittals once validated. I use it for any transactions, including log claims and SOA, to keep monitoring updated
