I have a Positive and Friendly attitude at all times. Has excellent computer skills, fast typing, copy/pasting, uses multiple browser windows with ease. Excellent ability to communicate through email, chat or phone regarding product issues. Fast and efficient and can answer calls with ease. As a consultant in my previous jobs, I am used to checking company emails and reply to customers without taking upset customers personally. Handle cases, queries, tickets, and every product and customer concern of every customer. Keeps track of refunds and issues refunds before customers get angry. I can keep up with multiple customers by looking through past messages in the records or previous notations on the customer's account.
