I help e-commerce and DTC brands turn scattered marketing data into clean reporting and campaigns that actually convert.

Right now I manage SMS and CRM operations for three Shopify brands, where I built the entire reporting system from scratch: weekly and monthly performance reports, A/B testing roadmaps, and segmentation strategy that ties directly back to revenue. I catch the data problems most people miss. I once traced a dashboard error that was quietly double-counting revenue and fixed the reporting process before it misled a whole quarter's strategy.
