Profile Description

I’m a detail-oriented operations professional with experience in mortgage servicing, property claims, customer support, and property reporting. I have helped homeowners navigate the insurance claims process as a Property Claim Specialist for Nationstar Mortgage (Mr. Cooper), providing guidance on claim requirements and the endorsement and processing of insurance claim checks.
Currently, I work as a Measuring Technician at EagleView, where I analyze aerial imagery to produce accurate property measurement reports for contractors, insurance providers, and other clients. This role has strengthened my analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
I am also a Computer Engineering graduate with a foundation in embedded systems and programming concepts, complemented by experience in customer service, technical support, and process improvement. I enjoy learning new technologies, leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, and solving complex problems.
